The Technical Support Analyst performs end-user support and other daily operations necessary to maintain the computer system. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hardware support for PC?s, laptops, printers and other devices Provide software support including MS Windows, Google Suite and other applications Provide support for Apple devices including iPads and Apple TV?s Provide support for the telephone system Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets Track all user support issues through the Help Desk system Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Google and other systems Test cabling and re-terminate cables when required Participate in firm-wide technology projects Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Direction of Information Technology COMPETENCIES Strong technical aptitude and creative troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Exceptional service orientation with strong emphasis on end-user support Detail oriented with the organizational skills to manage multiple issues at once Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with faculty, staff and students Ability to work flexible hours on occasion when dictated by special projects Associated topics: assistant, customer support, desk, edi, help desk, information technology help desk, msword, support, technical support, troubleshoot
