Crisis1 offers a range of consulting services, all designed to help Federal agencies achieve their goals.Crisis1 has an active opportunity to support the DHS CFO to improve business processes within their financial operations division.Responsibilities and Duties:The Business Process Reengineering Specialist will be responsible for providing process engineering in support of a government client in enterprise financial management support services. This shall include business process requirements analysis, design & development, and produce documentation and training materials necessary to ensure that process solutions are integrated seamlessly within the project management process framework. Specifically, the primary requirements are: Work with clients to assess and document existing business processes (current state) and help determine enterprise functional needs. Assist PM/BPR lead in conferring with client business units to understand the current and future state business requirements.Work with client and extended team to develop Concept of Operations (CONOPs) of desired future state. Create optimized high-level views of current-state enterprise business model and develop Courses of Actions to go to future state CONOPs. Assist in developing policies and plans that support the implementation of an efficient business transformation. Partner with business stewards to define performance metrics for target business architectures. Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and initiatives.
