**Job Description**

This is an exciting, unique opportunity to work with the world's leading Computer Security firm and with a team of very senior software services leaders. Adding to your university education with real-world experience in a Fortune 100 company on the leading edge of today's technology challenges.



Responsibilities include:



+ Work under the direction of Security Product Professional Services management and technical leadership

+ Engage in IBM Security Software education

+ Support the development of key initiatives

+ Engage in technical project efforts

+ Work on the Watson for Security Services pilot project

+ Support team operations improvement efforts



Position must be located in one of the following strategic locations:

Marquette, MI

Cambridge, MA

Raleigh, NC

Austin, TX

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**



+ Foundation knowledge of computer science concepts

+ Basic / intermediate level coding skills (python / java preferred)

+ Program of study in Computer Science, Cyber Defense, Business and Computer Information Systems or related disciplines.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Ability to work well in unstructured environment.

+ Self-directed

+ Qualified candidates will be enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree

+ 1-2 years experience evidenced in all.



**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**



+ 1-2 years of experience with java / python / other coding skills

+ Proficiency with basic office automation tools and technologies

+ Effective project coordination skills and experience

+ Exposure to SIEM, Threat hunting, Penetration testing, Cloud Computing and Cloud Security Concepts.
